Previous to The Law Offices of Audra R. Behné, Ms. Behné practiced Immigration law with the country's largest and most prestigious Immigration Law firm, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy.   

Ms. Behné is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration Law Section, admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and all Immigration offices and Immigration courts in the United States.

A 1995 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Ms. Behné was the published Staff Editor of Law Review. She also was the recipient of several awards,

including American Jurisprudence Awards.

Ms. Behné has lectured on a variety of Immigration law topics at Southwestern Universty and the

University of Southern California (USC).

Audra R. Behné has successfully handled several high profile cases and has appeared on Court TV in defense of Immigrant rights. She was the lead Attorney in a Federal Litigation Case that prompted former President Bill Clinton to sign a Bill that changed the Citizenship requirements for Disabled Immigrants.  She has argued several times in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals,

successfully changing the course of Immigration Law in this country.
